Your guest, Samantha Lee had paid you an Advance Deposit / Prepayment to reserve a room without confirming her check-in date previously.

Today, Samantha called and decided her check-in date to be on 12th March for a Villa Room type.

Steps to Use Advance Deposit Available as Payment in Guest Folio :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “Create Reservation” and insert the reservation accordingly

Step 4 : Once you’ve successfully added the reservation for Samantha, click “Folio” icon to go to the guest folio

Step 5 : Click “Use Advance Deposit” button to apply the prepayment to this folio

Step 6 : Select the Advance Deposit No. registered under Samantha

Step 7 : Insert amount to transfer to this folio

Step 8 : Insert Remarks, if any

Step 9 : Once done, click “Transfer” button

You could check the balance of the Advance Deposit on the Advance Deposit page and in the Advance Deposit Ledger.
