Steps Where to View Direct Booking Sales Report in Softinn Extranet:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the right property
Step 3 : Go to ‘Report‘
Step 4 : Look for the Booking Sales Performances report.
Step 5 : You could filter the date based on This Month or This Year. You also could customize the date of this report by selecting the date range that you want.
Step 6 : In the Booking Sales Report section, you would be seeing an overall booking performance within the selected date range.
- You would be able to know the total no. of booking created, booking paid & booking cancelled
- Created Booking: Include the Paid and Cancelled booking
- Paid Booking: Bookings which payment is collected
- Percentage of paid booking = Paid booking tickets / Created booking tickets
- Percentage paid booking GMV = Paid booking GMV / Create booking GMV
- Cancelled Booking: Booking that no payment made by the guest
- Percentage of cancelled booking = Cancelled booking tickets / Created booking tickets
- Percentage cancelled booking GMV = Cancelled booking GMV / Create booking GMV
Step 7 : You could view the Booking Sales Chart (based on Booking Creation Date) within your selected date range
- It is your hotel’s direct booking revenue
- This sales report is based on the booking creation date – the date when a booking was created
- Graph in Green colour refer to the Paid booking
- Graph in Grey color refer to the Cancelled booking
- Average sales per day = Total Paid booking/total no. of days
- Sales Conversion = Total Paid booking / Total booking created
- Booking Conversion = Total booking ticket / total booking ticket created
Step 8 : You could view Occupancy Contribution Report for room nights contributed within your selected date range
- This report refers to the total room occupied within your selected date range
- Graph in Green color refer to the Paid booking (Room nights)
- Graph in Grey color refer to the Cancelled booking (Room nights)
Step 9 : You could view the Marketing Campaign Report
- You could get an overview of the performance of those promo code campaign that you created for your hotel
- You’ll be able to track the quantity of promo code redeemed
- You’ll be able to track the status of booking that redeemed the particular promo code
- You’ll be able to track the Sales vs Discount for the selected promo code
- Discount = Paid GMV * Discount for Promo code
- You’ll be able to know the ROI for the selected promo code created
- ROI = Paid GMV – Discount
From Sales Report in Extranet, you would know your direct booking performance.
