Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3: Click “MORE”

Step 4: Click “Property Overview”

Step 5: At “Security Deposit” section, select “YES” or “NO” from the drop-down column to indicate if you require a security deposit from guests upon they check-in. If yes, then please put an absolute amount in the Amount column.

Step 6: Save changes once done.
