Customize Hotel’s Privacy Policy on Softinn Extranet

This setting is only available for Softinn’s subscribers who choose “Collect by You” or “Collect by You (using payment gateway)” ONLY.

Your Hotel would like to use your own Hotel’s privacy policy on your Hotel booking engine.

In Softinn Extranet , you can customize the privacy policy for your booking engine :

Steps to Customize Hotel’s Privacy Policy on Softinn Extranet :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “More”

Step 4 : Click “Customize Booking Engine”

Step 5 : Go to the Privacy Policy setting section, and click on the toggle icon to enable the setting to use your own privacy policy

Step 6 : Paste your Hotel’s privacy policy URL

Step 7 : Click on the “Save Changes“
