Hello Softinn PMS user!
Your Hotel wish to add additional information to your document’s header. The default information on the Header are:
- Hotel Name
- Company ID
- Hotel Address
- Hotel Contact No.
- Email address
- Hotel Website URL
Other than default information, you would like to add SST No, TTx No, or any additional info that you wish to display on your document header.

Steps to Customize the Header of your Invoice, Receipt & Folio :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Go to ‘Setup‘ & click ‘General‘
Step 4 : Click on ‘General Settings‘
Step 5 : On the General Setting, scroll to ‘Additional Information‘ section
Step 6 : Click ‘Add Additional Info‘ if you wanted to add information
Step 7 : Insert the required information for your Receipt & Invoice header
Step 8 : Tick on ‘Show‘
Step 9 : By doing ‘Click-and-Drag‘, you could re-arrange the position of the additional info that you have added
Step 10 : Click ‘Save Changes‘
