Steps to Automate the Payout Report Delivery in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on your Email ID

Step 4 : Click on ‘SETUP REPORT EMAIL’

Step 5 : To add report email choose ‘+Setup Report Email’

Step 6 : Insert the payout report’s Recipients’ email address. Then, click ‘Add‘.
You may add more than 1 email recipients for the report, if any

Step 7 : Select ‘Month‘ on Frequency section

Step 8 : Select the right property name that belong to the payout report’s Recipient

Step 9 : Tick the ‘Payout Report’

Step 10 : Click ‘Save Changes’

The automated payout report delivery has been successfully added. 🙂

Steps to Re-send Previous Month’s Payout Report :

You may re-send the previous month’s payout report to your property owner, if you want to.

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : To send the previous month’s payout report to the property owner, click the ‘Send Reports‘ button

Step 2 : Select the previous date month as required

Step 3 : Click ‘Send Reports‘
