Hello Softinn PMS user & Softinn Channel Manager subscriber!

After the setup the Room Type & Rate Plan completed, you can proceed with the Channel Mapping and Room Mapping in Softinn PMS.

Before you start to map Softinn Channel Manager to OTAs, please make sure that you have :

1. Completed setup the Room Type and Rate Plan in Softinn PMS
2. Completed your OTAs listing for your property

Softinn Channel Manager is connected to 40 over OTAs. Each of the mapping process will be different for each OTAs.

In this guide, we will show how you could proceed with the channel mapping to the Airbnb.

Steps to do Channel Mapping on Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Go to ‘Setup‘ & click ‘General‘

Step 4 : Click ‘Booking Source‘

You will see ‘Channel Mapping’ if you’re Softinn Channel Manager subscriber.

Map with Airbnb:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Select ‘Airbnb‘

Step 2 : Click ‘+‘ icon

Step 3 : Click ‘Generate Cient ID‘

Step 4 : Click ‘Click to get connected with Airbnb‘

Step 5 : You will be redirected to Airbnb login page. Insert your Airbnb login ID & password

Step 6 : Copy the ‘Host Token Number‘ from Airbnb page

Step 7 : Go back to Softinn Channel Mapping page and paste the ‘Host Token Number’

Step 8 : Select the room type that you sell on the Airbnb & click ‘Save‘

• Make sure you choose the same room type with Airbnb, otherwise, the channel mapping will not be successful

Channel mapping with Airbnb is successfully done!

Step 9 : To do the Room Mapping for Airbnb, click ‘Map‘

Step 10 : Select the same number of pax that you set on Airbnb

Step 11 : Select the Rate Plan that you sell on Airbnb. Click ‘Next‘

Step 12 : Click ‘Connect with existing Listing‘ when you already have the existing listing on Airbnb

Step 13 : Select your existing listing

Step 14 : You can choose to Sync All or Sync Rate and Availability only

Step 15 : Click ‘Pull listing From Airbnb‘

Step 16 : Double-check all the details before you click ‘Finish‘ button

Step 17 : Click ‘Finish‘ once you see ‘Your listing has been updated successfully‘

Room Mapping with Airbnb is successfully done!

Important Notes:

• After Room Mapping is successfully done, the availability and Rate Plan in Softinn PMS will be pushed to your Airbnb account.
• The information will be flushed to Airbnb within 2-3 minutes.
