Hello Softinn PMS user, need to print guest folio for your own records? Want to have a customised guest folio but don’t know how?

Steps to Setup Guest Folio Design in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click on ‘SETUP’

Step 3 : Choose ‘Design’

Step 4 : Click on ‘Folio’

Step 5 : Upload your logo for the guest folio. For example, your hotel’s logo

Step 6 : Choose your preferred font type & date format to be displayed on your guest folio

*NOTE :  We have added new font types, Microsoft Yahei and Simsun, to support Chinese characters. Once you apply this font type, the chinese characters will be displayed when you generate the guest folio.

Step 7 : You are able to change the folio name, if you want to. For example, change to Guest Folio.

Step 8 : Save changes once done

*NOTE: You can always preview the design of guest folio from the sample shown at the right side of the screen.
