Hello Softinn Task user!
On Softinn Task you are able to view and edit housekeeping tasks.
Check out the video and guidelines below to find out how to navigate the Task List page in Softinn Task
On the home page, you can view the housekeeper dashboard. It will show the number of My Tasks, Unassigned Tasks, and All Tasks for today’s date.
My Tasks : ‘My Tasks’ shows the housekeeping tasks that have been assigned to you.
Unassigned Tasks: ‘Unassigned Tasks’ displays housekeeping tasks without an unassigned housekeeper.
All Tasks All Tasks display all housekeeping tasks created for the property.
Note: You can filter the task list using the quick filter dropdown, or customize your own filters using the advanced filter provided.
To view more information about a task , click on the ‘Action’ button and select the ‘View Details’ button on the selected task.
It displays the Room Type and No., Priority, Task Date, Start Time and End Time , and Remarks.
