Hello Softinn PMS users!
This guide is applicable to Softinn Channel Manager users.
In this video, you will find out how to do payment account mapping for Softinn Channel Manager.
After you have completed this mapping, the reservation that is pushed from OTAs, the payment will be automatically added to the reservation’s guest folio in Softinn PMS.

Steps to do Payment Account Mapping for Channel Manager:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “OTHERS”, click on “SETUP“, click on “General” and click on “Booking Source & Connectivity”
Step 4 : Click on the “Add Payment Account Mapping” button
Step 5 : Select the OTA that you want to add payment account mapping
Step 6 : From the “Payment Account”, you will see a list of the payment method and account that you set up on the Payment Method setting page
Step 7 : Once done, click on the “Save” button
Step 8 : By default, the payment account setup status will be inactive, and once you are ready to activate it, you can turn it on
- After you activated this setup, PMS will auto add the payment to the payment account in the Guest Folio for booking that was pushed from the OTA
Let’s set up the payment account mapping for Softinn Channel Manager, so the system would automatically add the payment for each reservation pushed from OTAs for you 🙂
