Steps to Set up Payment Method in Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to https://booking.mysoftinn.com/pms
Step 2 : Click on ‘SETUP’
Step 3 : Choose ‘General’
Step 4 : Click on ‘Payment Method’
Step 5 : You will see a list of payment methods which created by Softinn System. Click on ‘eye’ icon to view details
Step 6 : You can choose to inactive status of payment method. For example, if you inactive status for “Cash” method, it means you no longer accept Cash as payment method from your guest.
Step 7 : Click ‘Add Payment Method’ to add more method that you would like to accept, for example Bitcoin. Then, fill in all the required information. Once done, save changes.
Step 8 : Choose which payment method you want to add payment account. For example, under payment method of “Online Transfer”, you can have payment account like “Maybank”, “CIMB”, “Public Bank”.
Step 9 : Then, click on ‘Add Payment Account’. Fill in payment account and reference code. Remember to save changes once done.
*NOTE: Corporate Account is usually meant for booking received from Online Travel Agent, OTA like Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and etc.
