Hello Softinn PMS user!

We have made quick filters on the Reservation main page available for you to filter the list of the reservations however you want.

Let’s check out this video to find out what you can do with the quick filter function on the Reservation main page. 🙂

Step to View the Quick Filter on the Reservation Main Page :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on the “Reservation“

Step 4 : When you first load the page, it will show you the current month’s reservations. 

Step 5 : Click on the date picker icon, you may choose to view the reservations for which date or date range

Step 6 : Furthermore, click on the small dropdown “arrow” and you can see a list of quick filter links to view: 

• This Month’s reservation,
• Today’s check-in
• Today’s check-out
• Created today
• In-house
• Reservations without room number assigned
• Reservations with Outstanding
• Group reservation
• All reservations within the date range that you have chosen
• OR you can customize the filter

Step 7 : When you select the Custom filter, you will be able to filter by Reservation status. Moreover, you can also choose the date type for your custom filter. 

With this quick filter feature, we believe it will help you to filter and view the list of reservations faster. 🙂
