Hello Softinn PMS user.
This video is ONLY relevant to Softinn PMS users who are also either a Channel Manager user or a Softinn Booking Engine user.
With the quick filter feature, you will be able to view the reservations without room assigned on the Reservation page.
A reservation without a room number auto-assigned to it usually happens because of overbooking issues.
Let’s check out this video to find out where to get the list of reservations that are without a room assigned :
Step to View the List of Reservations that are Without a Room Assigned :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click on the “Reservation“
Step 4 : Click on the small dropdown “arrow” and select the “Without Rooms” option
- This filter will show you a list of reservations that are without the room assigned.
Step 5 : To assign the room for this reservation, click on the “Option” icon. and select “Change Room“.
- Then, you may proceed to assign a room number to this reservation OR assign it to another room type if it is really an overbooking case.
With this quick filter feature for reservations without a room assigned, you could easily spot the potential overbooking issue and solve it quickly. 🙂
