Setup Direct Booking Contact on Softinn Extranet

Hello Homestay Subscribers! Once you are on Softinn Direct Booking Subscription Plan (Gold/Silver plan), you can enjoy the Direct Booking Contact feature made available on your property listing on Letsgoholiday.my. On top of that, you can also enjoy the uncensored guest contact details once they send you a booking request or make a booking.

This is a real “Direct Booking” because:
1. You get to enjoy the flexibility in deciding who collects booking payment from you guest (i.e. By Softinn or By Host)
2. You can decide to display your contact details (Phone call, Email, Whatsapp, or Facebook Messenger).

Steps to Setup Direct Booking Contact On Extranet:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to your Extranet

Step 2: Choose the right property if you have more than 1 property on subscription plan

Step 3: Click “MORE” tab

Step 4: Click “Direct Booking Contact

Step 5: You would first see the booking payment collection mode. Choose either one: i. Collect by Softinn ; or ii. Collect by Host. If collect by Softinn, Softinn will impose 5% payment gateway charges.
If collect by Host, Softinn will NOT charge any gateway fees. Host is expected to liaise with guest for any collection or refund

Step 6: Then, the bottom part is setup “Direct Booking Contact”. There are “Phone call, Email, Whatsapp, & Facebook Messenger”. You can decide which to turn ON or OFF, as you wish.

Step 7: After set, you can check out your listing on letsgoholiday.my to see if it reflects your setup correctly.

Step 8: You can always come back to this guide to edit or update your contact details or your choice of contact method as you wish.
