Steps to Setup Hotel Door Lock Setting & Mapping (FATboy):

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Open Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)

Step 2 : Click “Setting“

Step 3 : Click “Hotel Door Lock“

Step 4 : Select the correct Door Lock System provider for your Hotel

• At the moment, Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy) are compatible with Adel, Intego, and Orbita Door Lock system

Step 5 : Insert the Registration Code that is provided by your Hotel Door Lock System provider

Step 6 : Once done, click “SAVE” button

Door lock system has been successfully saved. Next, you need to close the apps and restart the apps

Step 7 : After you have restarted the apps, go to “Setting” and click “Hotel Door Lock“

Now, you can start the Door Lock Room Mapping

Step 8 : Before you start the Door Lock Room Mapping, kindly please get ready with the Room Structure files that are provided by your Hotel Door Lock System Provider

• Room Structure files consist of all the info required for room mapping and key cards mapping

Step 9 : Click “Add New Room” if you want to add the room manually or click “Sync from PMS” to auto-generate the room from Softinn PMS

Step 10 : Click “Add New Room” to add the room manually

Step 11 : Insert the details based on the Room Structure files and click “SAVE” button

Step 12 : Alternatively, you can “Sync from PMS” to auto-generate the room from Softinn PMS

Step 13 : Next, you can manually edit the door lock mapping details following the info from the Room Structure files

Step 14 : Click “Edit” button for the particular room to edit the door lock mapping details and once done, click “SAVE” button

Rest assured, this is a set-and-forget process that you only need to do for ONCE.
