Scenario: You want to change the visual orientation or layout of the kiosk interface (e.g., switching from a standard view to a Portrait mode) to better fit your kiosk hardware or branding needs
Steps to Switch Kiosk Modes
Follow the step below :
Step 1: On the FATboy app home screen, click on the Settings icon.
Step 2: Log in as an Admin to unlock the configuration menu.
Step 3: Navigate to the App Setting section and click on Softinn Kiosk Setting.
Step 4: Look for the Kiosk Mode dropdown, select Kiosk (Portrait), and then click Save.
Step 5: Exit the menu and Restart the FATboy app for the changes to take effect.
Step 6: Verify the display; if the layout hasn’t updated, double-check that the “Save” was successful and restart the app once more.
Notes: Changing the display mode affects the entire user interface. Ensure your physical monitor supports the Portrait orientation before saving to avoid a distorted view.
