Scenario : You want to charge your guest RM5 for smoking inside the room.

Steps to Charge the Guest using the Pre-Authorized Payment
Follow the step below :
Step 1 : Log in into Admin Mode in Kiosk.
Step 2 : Select the Credit Card button.
Step 3 : choose the Charge Pre-Auth button.
Step 4 : Then, a list of reservations will be appeared. You can either choose the from the list or you can search for specific reservation/folio number.
Step 5 : Once you have selected the folio, do put amount of the charges that you want to charge the guest on Charge Amount tab.
Step 6 : Once confirmed, Click Charge Pre-Auth.
Step 7 : At this point the kiosk will charge the pre-auth on the terminal. Kiosk will notify you once the process is done.
Step 8 : Once done, Return the Kiosk to the Home Page.
