Hello Softinn PMS user!
By default, only Lodge Owner is given the access to send the payment request to the hotel guest, to view and edit the PMS payment gateway setup page.
As a hotel manager, you can grant access to your staff to:
- Send the payment request to the hotel guest,
- Set Up and Edit the PMS payment gateway

Steps to Grant the Access to PMS Payment Gateway Feature:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “More”.
Step 4 : Click on the “Manage User” and click on the “Manage Role” button
Step 5 : Select the role that you want to grant this access
Step 6 : On the PMS section, tick on the “Send Payment Request” to grant the user to send the online payment request to guest
Step 7 : On the PMS section, tick on the “View” or “Edit” on the “Payment Gateway” if you want to grant the user to set up / edit the PMS Payment Gateway
