On Softinn Extranet, you could view the Direct Booking received from your Booking Engine.
Other than that, you could view the upcoming guest Check-in list for your Hotel.

Steps to View Upcoming Check-In List & Guest Details:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet.
Step 2 : Select the correct property.
Step 3 : On the homepage, you can see the number of arrival, in-house and departure guests today.
Step 4 : Click “View Guest Stays” to view the details.
Step 5 : You will be able to get the list of guests arriving today, staying in-house and departing today.
Step 6 : Then, you can go to the “Booking” tab and select “Paid” to view the reservations with paid booking status. Other than this, you will be able to see the pending, unpaid, rejected and cancelled bookings.
- Pending status is only applicable when your property is in Approve-Based Booking (ABB) mode.
- Booking under pending means a booking request that is pending for your action to approve or reject it.
- Unpaid booking means an open booking which is still pending for payment confirmation from the guest.
- For the unpaid status, you will not be able to view the guest details yet.
- However, you could view the check-in and check-out date.
- You will be able to see the rejected booking status for the booking requests that you rejected.
- This is only applicable to a property that is on Approve-Based Booking mode (ABB).
- You will be able to see the request booking status.
- Request booking will be applicable when the payment is collected by you.
- The booking status will remain as a request as our system cannot track when a guest has made a payment privately to you.
- You will be able to see the cancelled booking status.
- For the cancelled status, you will not be able to view the guest details.
- Cancelled status is for those booking that guests decided not to complete with payment or booking that is cancelled and refunded.
- You may contact your guest by call and email.
- Or, you can directly Whatsapp them.
- You also can send them booking ticket and receipt.
Note: Receipt can only be generated after the guest checks out.
Besides, you may click the Excel button to download the booking list with complete guest details.
With this list, your hotel could use it for re-targeting marketing campaigns.
