Hello Softinn Extranet user. For Homestay merchant who chooses to be an Approve-Based Booking (ABB) merchant, you will receive BR in email as well as SMS. You could EITHER accept or reject the BR through Email or Extranet Dashboard.

What Would Happen After Your Accepted a Booking Request (BR)?
If you accept BR through Email, system will prompt you a message on the screen. In that message on the screen, it tells you the due date and time system allows your guest to confirm the booking by payment.
If guest has made payment, you will then receive another SMS & email on the booking confirmation. Guest details will be given as well.
If, after the payment deadline given to your guest, and you did not receive any booking confirmation notification, it means the guest did not proceed to payment and system will cancel the booking for you automatically.
Note : SMS notification will be applicable for the merchant that enable booking SMS only.
