Hello Softinn Extranet user. For Letsgoholiday.my merchant who chooses to be an Approve-Based Booking (ABB) merchant, you will receive BR in email as well as SMS. You could EITHER accept or reject the BR through Email or SMS.

What Would Happen After Your Accepted a Booking Request (BR)?
If you accept BR through SMS, system will send you another SMS notification. In that SMS, it tells you the due date and time system allows your guest to confirm the booking by payment.
If guest has made payment, you will then receive another SMS & email on the booking confirmation. Guest details will be given as well.
If after the payment deadline and you did not receive any booking confirmation notification, it means the guest did not proceed to payment and system will cancel the booking for you automatically.
