Hello Softinn Extranet user!

On Softinn Extranet, you could view the Direct Booking received from your Booking Engine. Other than that, you could view the upcoming guest Check-in list for your Hotel.

Steps to View Upcoming Check-In List & Guest Details:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Booking List‘

• You could view the different booking status on the Bookings page
• You will be able to see the ‘Paid‘ booking status
  • You can see the booking summary for the Paid status. It includes Reservation code, guest details, check-in date, check-out date, total no. of guest pax, and maximum no. of pax.
• You will be able to see the ‘Unpaid‘ booking status
  • ‘Unpaid‘ booking means an open booking which is still pending for payment confirmation from the guest
  • You’ll not be able to view the Guest details yet
  • However, you could  view the check-in and check-out date
• You will be able to see the ‘Pending‘ booking status
  • ‘Pending’ status is applicable only when your property is on Approve-based booking mode (ABB)
  • Booking on Pending means a Booking Request that is pending for your action to approve or reject it
• You’ll be able to see the ‘Rejected‘ booking status
  • ‘Rejected’ status is for those booking request that you rejected
  • This is only applicable to property that is on Approve-based booking mode (ABB)
• You’ll be able to see the ‘Request‘ booking status
  • Request booking will be applicable when the Payment is collected by You
  • The booking status will remain as ‘Request’ as our system couldn’t track when the guest has made a payment privately with you
• You’ll be able to see the ‘Cancelled‘ booking status
  • For the Cancelled status, you’ll not be able to view the Guest details
  • ‘Cancelled’ status is for those booking that guest decided not to complete with payment or booking that is cancelled & refunded

Step 4 : Click ‘Excel‘ button to download the booking list with complete guest details

• With this list, your Hotel could use it for re-targeting marketing campaign

Step 5 : To view all the upcoming Check-in guest, click on ‘Check-In List‘ button

Step 6 : Click “More Info” to learn your guest contact details and booking details

• You can call, email, or best still Whatsapp your guest directly through Softinn Extranet
• You also can send them Booking Ticket & Receipt
  • Receipt can only be generated AFTER guest check-out
