Hello Softinn Property Operator user!
You are managing multiple properties for yourself or for others. I am sure you would like to know how much do you need to pay each property owner under your management. I am also sure that both you and your property owner would like to know how much profit each of you makes.

On Softinn PMS, you can generate a Payout Report for the Property Group under your management. You can generate multiple reports at the same time. The report is accessible by you and your property owner.

In this video, I demonstrate to you an example.
Say you’ve set up a service contract with one of your property owners (BnB Unit A-03-1 Owner 2) under the agreement of Guaranteed Return RM600/month and if revenue is more than RM800 both of you will share the excess revenue by 50%:50%.
After a month, it is now time to report the payout to the Owner. Let’s generate a payout report for one reservation you’ve added during March for this property.

Steps to Generate Payout Report to Property Owner in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Click on your property name to select the property group name.

Step 3 : Click on “Others”.

Step 4 : Click “Property Group”.

Step 5 : Click “All Payouts”. You’ll get to the Payout Reports page.

Step 6 : Click the “Generate Payout” button

Step 7 : Select the Payout Period. In this example, I choose September 2021

Step 8 : Click on “More Options“

Step 9 : You can select the specific service contracts and properties, if you want to.

• In this example, I choose Guarantee Return Service Contract C forBnB Unit A-03-1 Owner

Step 10 : Click “Generate Payout”. The Payout Report is now created.

Step 11 : Click the “Printer” icon button to View or Print the report.

The Payout Report shows the Total Payout Amount to Owner, the Service Contract details, Payout Period, Total Revenue, Expenses, and Income breakdowns between you and Owner.

With this payout report, reporting becomes transparent and easier now 🙂
