How Hotel Check-In Multiple Reservations in Softinn PMS

Let’s imagine that you would like to check-in multiple reservations at the same time due to multiple guests arriving at the hotel at the same time.

Steps to Check-In Multiple Reservations in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation‘ to go to the reservation page

Step 4 : The status will show as ‘Arrival’ for the guest that will check-in today

Step 5 : Click “Check-in multiple reservations” icon

Step 6 : Tick the reservations that you would like to check-in

Step 7 : Then click the ‘Green Tick‘ icon at the navigation bar on the right of your screen to check-in the selected reservations

Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Proceed to Check-In‘

You have successfully checked-in the reservations.
