How Hotel Check-Out Multiple Reservations in Softinn PMS

You would like to check-out multiple reservations at the same time due to multiple guests departing at the hotel at the same time.

Steps to Check-Out Multiple Reservations in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation‘ to go to the reservation page

Step 4 : The status will show as ‘Departure‘ for the guest that will check-out today

Step 5 : Click on the “Check-out multiple reservations” icon

You will see the notification box requesting you to select the reservation for group check-out

Step 6 : Tick the reservations that you would like to check-out

Step 7 : Click the ‘Orange Tick‘ icon at the navigation bar on the right of your screen to proceed to check-out the reservations

Step 8 : Click ‘Proceed to Check-Out‘ button

Step 9 : Click “Yes, proceed!”

You’ve successfully check-out the reservations!
