Now, you could add the refundable security deposit in bulk for a group reservation in Softinn PMS 

Imagine that, Relax  Agency check-in today. Upon arrival, you collected a refundable security deposit of RM 200, which is RM 50 per room for 4 rooms.

Steps to Add Bulk Refundable Security Deposit in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Go to the Manage Group Reservations page

Step 4 : To record this refundable security deposit for a group reservation, click on the “Bulk action for all rooms” and select the “Collect Security Deposit” option.

Step 5 : Next, insert the amount of the refundable security deposit that has been collected and select the payment method and payment account

Step 6 : You would have the option to either insert the lump sum amount collected and the system will help to equally distribute the amount for all rooms or you could tick on Amount per room and key in the amount per room

Step 7 : Alternatively, if you would like to overwrite the amount distributed by the system, you can click on “Overwrite paid amount”, and edit the payment amount as you wish.

• However, the total amount edited shall be equal to the total amount inserted at the top of the page.

Step 8 : Once you have confirmed all the information, click on the “Save” button.

With this feature, you could save time in recording the refundable security deposit collected for a group reservation!
