Hello Softinn Extranet user. Your hotel has completed the renovation of the King Bed Room and open for room booking. Hence, you would like to update the room details and photos to attract the guest to make a booking.
In Softinn Extranet, you can edit the built unit.

Steps to Edit the Number of Rooms (Built Unit) :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Click “MORE“
Step 3 : Click “Manage Room“
- You can filter the Room Status
Step 4 : On the room type that you would like to edit, click “Edit” button
Step 5 : Update the number of rooms or built units accordingly
- Once the changes are done, the number of rooms will reset and the system will help to recalculate the room availability accordingly.
Step 6 : Click on “Save Changes” once done
Step 7 : Click on “Yes, Update it”
- A notification will pop up once the room details have been updated successfully. It will take less than 4 minutes to be reflected on the BE inventory page and Booking Engine.
- You may choose to visit the BE inventory page directly to check on the changes.
Note :
- Room Name : Type of room (Ex: Deluxe, Standard, Superior
- No. of Rooms : Number/ Unit of room built-in
- Default No. of Rooms To Sell : Number of unit/ room that you grant us the authority to sell
- Max Adults : Maximum number of adults
- Max. Children : Maximum number of children
- Restrict no. of children? : Restrict the number of childen (Only appears if you limit the total number of guests)
- Description : Example – Type of bed, facilities, include breakfast, and so on.
- Important Notes for Guest : Add the info that need to be highlight to the guest
- Photo : Insert or drag an image from a folder and drop it in the empty box. ** Remember to put an appealing picture of the room
