Hello Softinn Extranet user. Arranging for housekeeping after your guest has checked out could be trouble especially for homestay owners, not forgetting the cost needed to be paid to the housekeeping service provider. It will worsen when you have back-to-back check-in guests to handle.
Setting up a required minimum night to stay for your homestay could be one of the ways to ease this problem, at least from a housekeeping cost-saving perspective.

Steps to Set Minimum Night on Softinn Extranet:
Follow the guidelines below:
There are 2 options to do so:
Option 1: Set minimum night for all coming days (from the date you set)
Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2: Go to “MORE”
Step 3: Click on “Manage Room”
Step 4: Choose the correct room type
Step 5: Click “Edit Details”
Step 6: Enter the minimum night as you wish & save changes
Step 7: Repeat the process for other room types, if any
Option 2: Set minimum night for a specific period
Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2: Click “Calendar”
Step 3: Choose the correct room type
Step 4: Select the date you want to set a minimum night
Step 5: Click “Edit” icon
Step 6: Fill in all the required info
Step 7: Enter the minimum night as you wish & save changes
Step 8: Repeat the process for other room types, if any
(**NOTE: you can always change back to 1 min night by entering 1 into the box)
Once you have a minimum night to stay set up on extranet, your guest would only be able to book if he/she selects the number of nights to stay that meet your required night to stay.
