Imagine you have an arriving guest, Mike Ross for Villa Room, VR001 who will check-in today. Upon guest arrival, you will need to issue a room key in Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy).

Steps to Issue Room Key in Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy):

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Open Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)

Step 2 : Click “Guest Arrivals”

Step 3 : You could view the reservation for your guest on the Guest Arrival dashboard page

Step 4 : Click “Issue Room Key” to issue the room key

Step 5 : You will hear a “beep” sound once you have successfully issued the room key

Step 6 : Next, click on the “Room Keys”

Step 7  : Then click on the “Refresh” icon to view the room key that you have issued

• The information on the room key card will be shown here

Step 8 : To know more details about a room key card, click on the “Read Room Key” button

• The details for the room key card will be reflected here

Step 9 : On the History Logs, you would be able to view the history logs of that room key card
