Hello  Softinn PMS  users! You would like to know each room type’s revenue and occupancy rate for May 2021. It is to evaluate which room types sell better compared to the other room types.

You could get this information from Occupancy Report By Room Type.

Steps to View Occupancy Report By Room Type in PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “OTHERS” and click “REPORT“

Step 4 : Click “Occupancy Report By Room Type“

Step 5 : You could choose to view the report daily, weekly, or monthly

Step 6 : You could choose to view the revenue on this report based on the Amount Before Tax or Amount After Tax. In this example, I will choose to view based on Amount Before Tax.

Step 7 : You could filter to view the report for which room type, if you want to

• In the first chart, you could view the revenue and occupancy rate for each room types
• The second graph shows you the ADR, RevPAR and Occupancy by each room type
• In the last graph, you could compare the Revenue and Occupancy Rate by each room type with the Previous Year, Previous Month and over a quarter
• In the last part of this report, you could view the data by Room Type in the table

Step 8 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon

Note : Occupancy Report By Room Type data is generated from Charge Applicable Date
