You would like to know how many reservations and the total of room charges by the reservation check-in date. You could view the information from Reservation By Check-In Date Report.

Steps to View Reservation By Check-In Date Report in PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “OTHERS” and click “REPORT”
Step 4 : Click “Reservation By Check-In Date“
Step 5 : You could choose to compare the reservations by its’ check-in date for a single date or a date range, if you want to
- For the bar chart, you could view the number of reservations by check-in date and the total room charges
- The pie chart shows the total reservations by their reservation status
- The report also provides you a table with the list of reservation that made up the report for the date that you have chosen
Step 6 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon
Note : Reservation by check-in date report data is generated from Check-In Date
