You would like to know which booking source performs better compared to others. You could this information from Room Nights & ADR by Booking Source Report.

Steps to View Room Nights & ADR by Booking Source Report in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “OTHERS” and click “REPORT”

Step 4 : Click on “Room Night & ADR By Source“

Step 5 : You could select the date that you preferred

Step 6 : You could choose to view the revenue on this report based on the Amount Before Tax or Amount After Tax. In this example, I will choose to view based on Amount Before Tax.

Step 7 : You could filter the booking source, if you want to

• In the first chart, you could view the number of room nights and Average Daily Rate for each booking source
• You also could view the data by Booking Source in the table
• You can click on the revenue figure to get a list of the reservations breakdown respectively and you will be redirected to Revenue Report & Forecast Breakdown page

Step 8 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon

Note : Room Nights & ADR by Booking Source Report data is generated from Charge Applicable Date
