Steps to Setup Payment Account Mapping on Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy) :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Open Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)

Step 2 : Click “Setting”

Step 3 : Click “Payment Account Mapping“

Step 4 : Click “Add Supported Payment Accounts” button

Step 5 : And then click “Refresh” button. A list of payment accounts supported in Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy) will be reflected

• Our kiosk app supports payment method as follows: Credit Card, Debit Card, TnG, wallet, Boost, and GrabPay

Step 6 : Next, you need to map these kiosk payment methods to your PMS payment accounts that you have setup in Softinn PMS

Note : Before you start this mapping, you would need to make sure that you have setup the payment accounts for kiosk app in your Softinn PMS.

Step 7 : Select “Credit Card” and then click “refresh list“

Step 8 : Choose the right Acquiring Host. “Acquring Host” refers to the kiosk payment accounts that you setup in your Softinn PMS

Step 9 : Select the Acquiring Host for Credit Card

Step 10 : Click “Save” button

Step 11 : Repeat the same step for mapping Debit Card, TnG wallet, Boost and GrabPay

You have successfully done the payment account mapping 🙂
