Auto Update to Your Softinn PMS When Guests Make Reservation, Self Service Check-In & Check-Out:

By using Softinn Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy), here are the contactless and self-service check-in and check-out features  :

1. Walk-In guest make a reservation at your Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)
   • Your guest is making a reservation at your Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)
   • Your guest booking will be instantly reflected in Softinn PMS  with “Arrival” status
2. Guest do self-service check-in at your Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)
   • Guest scanned his/her IC and he/she continues to making payment and does self check-in at your Hotel Kiosk
   • Your guest booking has now been changed from “Arrival” to “Checked-In” in Softinn PMS
   • On Softinn PMS  , the folio status in “Green Tick” icon because the payment has been made
3. Guest do self-service check-out at your Hotel Kiosk App (FATboy)
   • Your guest will be checking out today. His/her reservation status is on “Departure” now on Softinn PMS
   • Your guest is doing a self-service check-out process at your Hotel Kiosk
   • Your guest booking has been updated from “Departure” to “Checked-Out” in Softinn PMS
