Your Hotel Manager and Hotel Finance Department would like to know a list of folios that still have balance as of the report date. You could view this information from Folio Balance Tracking Report.

Steps to View Folio Balance Tracking Report in Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “OTHERS” and click “REPORT”
Step 4 : On Transactions, click “Folio Balance Tracking“
Step 5 : You could select the date that you preferred
- The total for the “Charges Today” column shall be the same as your “Sales Summary Report” as of today
- The total for the “Payment received Today” column shall be tallied to the “Collection Summary Report” as of today
- The “Advance Deposit Used Today” could be reconciled to the “Shift Summary Report“
Step 6 : To download the list of folio as of your chosen date, click the “Excel” button to download the report
Note : The folio with the zero balance will still show in this report if there is payment received or charges charged on the report date
