Hello Softinn PMS user! We now have our Softinn Channel Manager 🙂 If you are subscribing to our Channel Manager (CM), worry not, our Channel Manager is integrated with our Softinn PMS.

Speaking on CM, before we talk about the mapping from CM to your OTAs,  it is important for you to first add the Room Type & No, and add the Rate Plan in Softinn PMS. Hence, this guide and video is about how to add a rate plan after you have setup the Room Type & No.

Well, what is the Rate Plan for. Rate plan can be used to create different rates for each room. For example, Best Available Rate (BAR), Rate with Breakfast, Rate with Non-Cancellation, and etc. By doing the setup for the rate plan, you’re able to sell the same room at different rate so as to attract different guest based on their budget and preferences.

Steps to Add Rates Plans in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Go to ‘Room‘

• Please make sure you have setup the Room Type & No.

Step 4 : After set Room Type & No., click on ‘Rate Plan‘

Step 5 : To add a new rate plan, click ‘Add Rate Plan‘

Step 6 : Choose ‘Active‘. Insert name for the rate plan & the description

Step 7 : Click ‘Save Rate Plan‘

After you have added the rate plan, you will need to do the rate plan mapping. This mapping is to map the rate plan to the room types, as you want.

Step 8 : To do the rate plan mapping, click ‘Add Mapping‘

Step 9 : Choose the preferred room type

Step 10 : Insert the Rate Code accordingly

Step 11 : Insert the default rate. Click ‘Add Connection‘

You can view the rate plan mapping on the ‘Inventory‘ page on your PMS Dashboard.

Step 12 : Click ‘Inventory‘

• You will see your rate plan mapping have reflected on ‘Inventory‘ page
• The rate plan that has reflected on ‘Inventory‘ page will be flush to the connected OTA (once the channel mapping is completed)

Note : 

• You can add another room type on your rate plan. Therefore, 1 room will have a multiples rate plan
