Hello Softinn PMS user!
As a hotel manager, you can grant access to your hotel FO to edit/override room rates when they create a reservation in Softinn PMS .
By default, all users are given access to edit room rates in the reservation form.

Steps to Restrict the Access to Override Daily Rates:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Click “More”
Step 4 : Click on the “Manage User“
Step 5 : Click on the “Manage Role” button
Step 6 : Select the role that you want to restrict the access
Step 7 : On the PMS section, untick on the “Override Daily Rates“
Step 8 : Click on the “Save Changes” button
