How To Add Remarks on Housekeeping Tasks

On Softinn Task you are able to add remarks on housekeeping tasks.

Scenario: Imagine that a guest requests an extra towel in the room, and the housekeeper wants to add a remark to the room’s task.

Firstly, login to Softinn Task and select the correct property.

Go to “Housekeeper’ and click on Task List.

Select the cleaning task and click on the ‘Action’ button. Then. click on ‘Add Remark’.

You can choose from the preset remarks, or type your own custom remarks in the text box below.

Note: You can add multiple remarks to a single task if needed. – However, you can only add remarks to your own assigned tasks.

Once done, click ‘Submit’ and the remarks will be saved on the task details.

To view added remarks, you can click the ‘Action’ Button and ‘View Details’. All saved remarks will be displayed here.
