How to Report Lost & Found on Softinn Task

On Softinn Task you can report Lost & Found items on the housekeeper task page.

Scenario The housekeeper found a wallet the guest left in the room after they checked out.

Step 1: Firstly, login to Softinn Task and select the correct property.

Step 2: Go to ‘Housekeeper’ and ‘Task List’.

Step 3: Go to the specific cleaning task and click on ‘Action Button’, then select ‘Report Lost and Found’.

Step 4: You can upload a photo of the ‘Lost and Found’ item here.

Step 5: To update remarks, You can choose from the preset remarks, or type your own custom remarks.

Step 6: Once done, click ‘Submit’ and it will be saved in the Lost & Found Report.
