Hello Softinn Task Users!

On Softinn Task, you can access the Housekeeper Module directly from your smartphone.

Scenario: Imagine that you’re a housekeeper starting your shift and want to check your assigned tasks for the day using your phone.

Let’s check out this video to find out how to use the Housekeeper Module on the Softinn Task app.

Step 1: Log in to Softinn Task and select the correct property.

Step 2: On the home page, you can view the Housekeeper dashboard, which shows the number of My Tasks, Unassigned Tasks, and All Tasks for today’s date.

Step 3: To view the list, tap the ‘Start Cleaning’ button on the Housekeeper dashboard, or go to the ‘Housekeeper’ tab and tap ‘Task List’.

Step 4: This page features three tabs: My Tasks, Unassigned Tasks, and All Tasks.

Step 5: ‘My Tasks’ shows the housekeeping tasks that have been assigned to you.

Step 6: ‘Unassigned Tasks’ displays housekeeping tasks that haven’t been assigned to a housekeeper yet.

Step 7: ‘All Tasks’ displays all housekeeping tasks created for the property.

Step 8: Going back to our scenario, go to the ‘My Tasks’ list and select a specific cleaning task. Tap on the task, then tap ‘Start Cleaning’. This will record the cleaning start time.

Step 9: Once the room cleaning is completed, go back to the same task, tap on it, and select ‘End Cleaning’. This will record the cleaning end time accordingly.

Step 10: Alternatively, you can tap ‘Mark As Completed’ to complete the task right away.
