Hello Softinn Task user!
On Softinn Task you can view the Lost and Found report on the Reports page.
Check out the video and guidelines below to find out how to view the Lost & Found report in Softinn Task
Firstly, login to Softinn Task and select the correct property.
Go to the ‘Reports’ tab, where a list of all reports will be shown.
To view the Lost & Found report, click on the ‘View’ button.
On this page, all reported Lost & Found items will be displayed, along with the status of each item, as well as the reported date and resolved date, if any.
To find a specific item, you can use the search bar to look for a specific item or room number.
You can also filter by status, choosing between All, Settled, and Unsettled.
This report link can be shared with other users by clicking the ‘Copy URL to Share’ button.
Note: If you search for a specific item before clicking ‘Copy URL to Share’, the copied link will include the searched result.
