Steps to Duplicate Room for a Reservation in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click “Reservation” to go to the reservation main page

Step 4 : Search for the respective reservation and click “Option” menu icon. Then select, “Duplicate Room”

Step 5 : The “Duplicate and Add Room for the selected reservation window popup”. From this window, Choose a room number to add a room.

Step 6 : Confirm the room rate and taxes that the system has prefilled for you.

Step 7 : Click “Save” to save the changes.
