Hello Softinn PMS & Softinn Channel Manager subscriber! Your hotel planning to offer an additional Room Rate Plan: Non-Refundable Rate on your OTAs, for example, Booking.com.

Therefore, you would need to map a new room rate plan on Softinn PMS to sync the Room Rate Plan and Availability to the OTAs.

Before you start to map a new room rate plan, make sure you have :

1. Add new rate plan on the OTAs Extranet
2. Create a new rate plan in Softinn PMS

Once done, you may proceed to map a new room rate plan in Softinn PMS.

Steps to Map New Room Rate Plan on Softinn PMS :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Setup‘

Step 4 : Click ‘General‘

Step 5 : Click ‘Booking Source & Connectivity‘

Step 6 : Go to the Channel Mapping section, and click ‘Map‘ on the selected OTAs

Step 7 : You’ll be redirected to Room Mapping. To map another Room Rate plan, click ‘Map‘

Step 8 : Select the correct OTA Listing Name and PMS Rate plan

Step 9 : Select the No. of guests. Click ‘Save‘

The room has successfully been mapped!

To make sure the mapping is successfully synced, go to the ‘Inventory‘ page, and let’s update the rate and availability. Next, wait for 2-3 minutes before you go to your OTAs Extranet to check if the rate & availability are reflected accordingly.
