Hello Softinn PMS user.
From the PMS Calendar page, you are able to swap the room of a reservation with another reservation.
Note: A reservation cannot be swapped with an allocation other than reservation.
Scenario : Alif requests to swap his room with his friend -Mike. Currently, Alif stays at Deluxe Room while Mike stays at Villa Room.

How to Swap Room between 2 Reservations on PMS Calendar Page
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Select the right property
Step 3 : To go to the Calendar page, click on the “Calendar“
Step 4 : To swap the room, you can just move the whole bar of Alif’s reservation to Mike’s reservation.
Step 5 : Then, a Swap Rooms pop-up box will appear.
- From this pop-up box, you will be seeing both of the reservations.
- The new room type and room number that will be swapped to are displayed on the pop-up box.
Step 6 : Besides that, at the Room Charges section, you may adjust the room charges accordingly for both reservations, if needed.
Step 7 : Once done, just click on the “Save Changes” button, and you have successfully swapped the room for these 2 reservations.
Now, swapping the room between 2 reservations is made easier for you in the PMS Calendar 🙂
