Steps to Monitor Your Hotel Cash on Hand in Real Time in PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : In your PMS Home page, you will be able to see the “Total Cash on Hand” that your hotel is currently having

Step 4 : Click on the “View Collection Summary Report“ link to know the breakdown of these Cash balances

You have to make sure that your real cash in your hotel cash drawer must always be the same as the Total Cash on Hand shown in your PMS Home page.
