Hello  Softinn PMS  users!

Sales Summary Report will show a summary of sales (room sales & non-room sales) recorded today based on the transaction date.

Daily Sales Breakdown By Transaction Date Report will show a list of reservations with room and non-room sales recorded by the hotel based on the transaction date, regardless of reservation check-in date.

Let’s imagine your hotel manager would like to know how much sales entered into PMS today, despite its check-in date. You could view this information from Sales Summary Report.

From this report, you will know the sales from both Room Sales and Non-Room Sales that the hotel received based on the Transaction Date.

Steps to View Sales Summary Report in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “OTHERS” and click “REPORT”

Step 4 : Click “Sales Summary“

Step 5 : You may choose to compare the sales from each charge type by transaction entered date either for a single date or a date range, if you want to

Step 6 : You could filter the Charge Types, if you want to

• The pie chart gives you a quick glance as to which charge types contributed the most to your sales
• The report also provides you a table of charge types that made up of the report for the date that you have chosen
• To know the breakdown on how the figures were arrived at, click on the charge type in the table and you will be redirected to Daily Sales Breakdown By Transaction Date page

Step 7 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon
