Advance Deposit Ledger is shows you a summary of the advance deposit balance your guests still have with your Hotel on a specific date.

Steps to View Advance Deposit Ledger in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property.

Step 3 : Click on the “Other”

Step 4 : Click “Report“

Step 5 : Click “Advance Deposit Ledger“

Step 6 : You’ll see the Advance Deposit Ledger page

• You could see the audit date for the specific date
• The opening balance and ending balance for the particular date
• The total number of deposit will be shown on the page
• You could view the Payment Method Summary that your Hotel received the advance deposit from your guests
• There will be a list of the guest who still have an advance deposit balance with your Hotel
