Where to Get the Past Invoices / Receipts Generated in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user!

You have generated an invoice to your guest (Thomas), but he requested you to send the invoice again to him because he lost the invoice. In Softinn PMS, you will be able to get a list of past invoices & receipts generated easily by using the Guest Reservation No.

Steps to Get the Past Invoices / Receipts Generated in Softinn PMS:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click ‘Reservation

Step 4 : Copy the Reservation No. for the selected guest

Step 5 : Click ‘Report

Step 6 : Click ‘Invoices & Receipts

Step 7 : To email, the Invoice to the Guest, paste the Reservation No. and click ‘Search‘ button

Step 8 : The past invoice generated for selected guest will appear

Step 9 : Click ‘Print‘ button to view the Invoice before you email to the guest

Step 10 : Click ‘Email‘ button to send the Invoice to the guest

Step 11 : To email, the Receipt to the Guest, paste the Reservation No. and click ‘Search‘ button

Step 12: The past receipt generated for selected guest will appear

Step 13 : Click ‘Print‘ button to view the Receipt before you email to the guest

Step 14 : Click ‘Email‘ button to send the Receipt to the guest
