Hello Softinn PMS user.

Softinn PMS performs night audits automatically for you every day. An Audit Summary report will be tabulated for you, the hotel manager.

From the Audit Summary Report, you will have a summary of:

• the total no. of reservation created today,
• the total no. of No-Show,
• the total booking brought by each Booking Source
• the daily room Occupancy & Occupancy Forecast
• the total payment collected today,
• the total room & non-room revenue earned today, &
• the total no. of folios that are with balance as of today

Steps to View Audit Summary Report in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on ‘OTHERS‘ and click ‘REPORT‘

Step 4 : Click ‘Audit Summary‘

Step 5 : Select the date that you preferred

Step 6 : From the date picker, you will know which PMS date types the reports were collected the data from

Step 7 : You can filter the Report based on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly basis

• From the box, you can view the no. of the reservation made with the total room charges, no-show reservations, and the current folio balance
• On the first table, you can see the booking source performance by reservation creation date
• On the second table, you could view the Occupancy Report & Forecast
• On the third table, you can view Collection Summary Report
• On the fourth chart, from the Revenue Summary, you will know how much room revenue and non-room revenue your hotel has really earned 

Step 7 : You may export the table in excel by clicking the “Excel” icon
