Where to View Reservation By Source Report in Softinn PMS

Hello Softinn PMS user.

You want to know a list of reservations that were brought in by Agoda in the month of June 2021. You can get this information from Reservation By Source Report.

Steps to View Reservation By Source Report in Softinn PMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn PMS

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Go to “OTHERS” and click on ‘REPORT’

Step 4 : Click on “Reservation By Source“

Step 5 : Reservation by Source Report data can be generated based on :

Reservation Check-In Date
Reservation Check-Out Date
Reservation Creation Date

Step 6 : You can choose to view the report daily, weekly, or monthly.

Step 7 : You can filter the booking source, reservation status, and charges type, if you want to

From the table, you will see a list of reservations based on the filter that you have selected
You can tick “Verified” when you have cross-checked the bookings
You can tick “Claimed” when you have received the payout disbursement from Agoda

Step 8 : You may export the table in Excel by clicking the “Excel” icon
