Product updates for this month include an easier way to share what you are viewing with other users, upgrade to PMS Setup Report Email and a new feature for Channel Manager users. To know more, do keep on reading!
To start with, we have been working to improve our PMS Report Service. Inline with the upgrades to our PMS Reports, we have upgraded the PMS Report Emails to include all the reports in our PMS Report Service. You can now choose any reports to be sent via email, at the frequency that you wish.
In addition to this, you can now remove emails that you have previously setup from the list.
We understand that it is, at times, hard to share what you are viewing on Softinn PMS with other Softinn PMS users. Especially when you have carefully selected all the filters and date ranges, you will need to explain to other person all the filters that have been applied. Therefore, we introduce the first batch of Softinn URL Service to Softinn PMS. You can now share what you’re viewing with a button click. The button will copy the page URL along with all the filters that have been applied on the page. You can then paste the URL into email or a text message.
We added new feature for Channel Manager users on our PMS. You can now map the taxes that OTAs collect on your behalf on PMS. Taxes that have been mapped will be applied automatically for the reservations that are made through OTAs. This means that you are no longer required to include the taxes manually as before.
For Softinn Channel Manager users, you have the option to map payment accounts to OTAs. We will automatically add the payment into the guest folio for reservations that are collected by the OTAs.
